Eye Contact • Eye contact is an important skill that you need to maintain throughout your presentation.
• It helps you to keep the focus of the audience and
create an authoritarian environment.
• The audience is more likely to believe you and listen
to you when you maintain eye contact.
• Presenters needs to avoid “Tunnel Vision” and

• Do not put your hands inside your pockets or use
them inappropriately .
• Move around the presentation floor as it will make
you more comfortable. Also your tone should change based on the situation. E.g-: Surprised, tragic, fear, humor etc.
• As a presenter it is equally important to use pauses
to make sure that you allow your listeners time to absorb the information you have provided.
• But long pauses, repetition of sentences and
