    Blind copy notation, also known as BCC, allows a sender to send copies of an email to recipients without disclosing their addresses to the other recipients. It is indicated by typing "bcc" and is used when a sender wants to send copies of a message to other people without the main recipient's knowledge. The proper way to use BCC is to enter it on its own line below any other notation such as the addressee and align any additional BCC recipients using a 0.5 inch tab.

    Blind Copy Notation
    Also known as Blind Carbon Copy and Indicated by
    typing bcc or bc.

    Written only on the carbon copies but never on the


    original copy of the addressee.

    It is used when the writer sends copies of the letter


    to the other people other than the addressee
    without his knowledge.
    How to use Blind Copy Notation?
    Tap “Enter” one time after the reference initials,
    enclosure notation, or copy notation.

    Type “bc” below all other notation then


    align multiple recipients at the 0.5” tab.
