Blind Copy Notation
Also known as Blind Carbon Copy and Indicated by
typing bcc or bc.

Written only on the carbon copies but never on the


original copy of the addressee.

It is used when the writer sends copies of the letter


to the other people other than the addressee
without his knowledge.
How to use Blind Copy Notation?
Tap “Enter” one time after the reference initials,
enclosure notation, or copy notation.

Type “bc” below all other notation then


align multiple recipients at the 0.5” tab.
