• Acquaintances are people we
usually know by name, with whom
we converse when given the
opportunity but with whom our
interaction is typically limited in
scope and quality.

FRIENDSHIP
• Some acquaintances develop into
friendships. Unlike acquaintances,
friends voluntarily seek each other
out, enjoy each other’s company,
and display a strong mutual regard.
FRIENDLY RELATIONS
• In this stage, people advance to
friendly relations in which they
continue the effort to describe
whether they have enough in
common
MOVING TOWARD
FRIENDSHIP
• As our longing to be moving in the
direction of friendship rises, we
carefully step further than
conventional social rules and role
playing, making small revelations to
show that we would like to grow our
friendship.
NASCENT FRIENDSHIP
• As our transfer towards friendship
is responded, people initiate to
consider themselves friends.
• They select activities they go
together and dealings become
more normal or patterned.
STABILIZED FRIENDSHIP
 They trust each other and
react to each other in ways
that approve their
dependability. They
anticipate the friendship to
last.
WANING FRIENDSHIP
 Friendships do not sustain in itself.
It has to be worked out by people
involved. Once it is taken for
granted, or make less personal
effort or investment to maintain it,
people may find themselves in the
waning friendship stage.

 Dramatize different scenarios, which deal
on the importance of relationship.
