Throughout my time with Cobb County School
District, I have been offered opportunities to participate International
in various in-person and virtual professional learning Cobb SMART Technology
opportunities. Some of these opportunities included Digital Educator and
Engineering
PBIS committees, Microsoft Educator Community, and
Educators
the International Technology and Engineering Association 
Education Association.  
Goal: By the end of this course, I plan to participate in
the International Technology and Engineering Educators
Association (ITEEA). To reach this goal I will attend
the March 2022 conference in Orlando, Florida with
two of my work colleagues. During this conference, we
meet and learn from other educators and learn how to
better incorporate technology and engineering practices Microsoft
into our own classrooms. According to the ITEEA Educator Teacher Leader
Community  Academy
website, "our mission is to promote technological and
engineering literacy for all by supporting the teaching of
technology and engineering and promoting the
professionalism of those engaged in these pursuits."
Attending the ITEEA conference will help me improve
my literacy in both technology and engineering.  In
