Correct seating and standing position
Reminders:
• Desktop • Eyes
- 1/3 of screen line of sight - Take breaks
- Lower than your head - Look away/distant object
- Arm away from your eyes - Avoid bright environment or window

• Arms • Back
- Resting on the desk - Use pad
- Elbows are 90º - 120º - Must be settling on a pad or back rest
- Weight is supported - Ears in line with shoulder
- Use an external keyboard if necessary
- Don’t rest the wrist on the edge • Stretching
- Sit for 20 minutes
• Calls on phone - Stand for 8 minutes
- Refrain from resting the phone on your neck for long time - Stretch for 2 minutes
- Use headset/earphones

• Feet
- Straight L or more relaxed (farther)
- Feet on floor
