Conclusions And Recommendations
• Social Media Marketing increased the number of sales by Flowers with Passion.
• However, it comes with some challenges such as security and privacy issues (system hacking).
• To use these strategies the brand will have to incur some costs and allocate enough budget for the
social media marketing (Bilgin, 2018).
