What is our business ?

◦ Our business is called ‘Cool and Refreshing’. It was created by Sookoo


Boodhit, Shahil Kali, Avinash Seeballuck, and Vashesh Kanye. It comes from
healthy fresh fruits. We innovate something new in Lemon juice with different
twists.

◦ We do not only serve only lemon juice but we also offer lemon jam, lemon
pickles and crafted teas.
What makes it so special and different ?

◦ To make special and different from the other juice, We plan to make use of a system that is
entirely new to the industry to provide astounding coolness and refresh in a convenient and
time-efficient way.

◦ We came up with the idea of drinking Fresh Lemon Squeeze to help our customers maintain a
healthy lifestyle. Customers can drive up and place their order for freshly prepared lemonade.

◦ Our aim is to convince our customers to drink it regularly as it contributes many health
benefits

Service description

Our small teams will be thoroughly trained in the techniques for creating, blending, and serving
the best cool and refreshing drinks, paying close attention to every detail.
My team ensures that all customers receive high-quality products and first-rate service.
In keeping with our basic business model, we'll be running training and an internal and
community-based advisory service for lemonade and other beverages.

We decided to combine the three flavors of our Lemon product, which are mint,
apple, and pineapple.
We offer the best hot and cold juices to our customers, with a focus on expertly
crafted lemonades, as well as specially crafted teas and lemon pickles.

We have decided to use a web-based payment system.
Web based payment system is an online service that manages the transfer of funds from a customer to an e-
commerce website's merchant.
This is done in order to attract more clients who prefer to use a specific web-based payment solution by
providing a variety of payment options.
Using the web-based payment system will result in more customer satisfaction.
◦ Lemon juice production processes:-
1. Cut the lemons in half lengthwise with a sharp knife.
2.If you're doing it by hand, pour the juice into a bowl first.
3.Alternatively, a citrus press can be used to crush the lemon.
4.If you don't mind pulp, squeeze the lemon with an electric juicer.
5.Add some water or sugar if the juice is too sou6.The juice can be stored in the refrigerator for
up to three days.

fairs, and festivals, refreshments are a central component of the festivities.

to find parking, get out of their cars, wait in line to place their orders, pay more for mediocre products,
find a seat, clean up the mess left by the previous customer, and then enjoy their coffee or lemonade.
◦ This is because we are surrounded by too many competitors and our aim is to provide the best and unique
service for our customer.
◦ Thus we will be more competitive in the world market.
How did we promote our business ?

◦ We've also set up a Facebook and Instagram page for our company.

◦ We will promote upscale products such as lemonade, T-shirts, and specific venues.

◦ we'll also rely on building relationships with businesses, schools, charities, and other institutions in order
to promote our business.
How did we retain our customers?

◦ We intend to ensure that customers who buy a certain number of cups or something comparable receive
vouchers for free drinks.
◦ We plan to investigate window sales strategies such as asking customers if they want a freshly baked
good with their lemonade.
◦ We expect our pricing to be competitive with the market, but with the added benefit of prompt delivery.
