    CONCLUSION
    Based on the above plans, here are our conclusions
    ● We will perform for 4 months and every 5 th month, we will
    review our progress
    ● SWOT Analysis will be prepared on every 5th month
    ● We will need more staffs once students start to flow in
    ● More courses will need to be researched on and added
    ● Team needs to be available for communication at any office
    hour
    ● Contracts will be prepared for all the staffs and trainers –
    within end of Magh – and for new courses, after the students
    are finalized
    ● Till the end of Jestha, our main target will be: 200 students
    taught and 50 placed in good organizations
