-eat organic foods to avoid diseases like cancer, heart disease,
diabetes, etc. and to also help the world fight climate change.

We don’t avoid eating ready meals


-avoid eating ready meals because it contains high calories
that may cause us to put on weight and to also help reduce the
greenhouse gas produced by the process of making ready
meals
