It is similar to real life because people
will find ways inorder to survive. For
example, after the Typhoon Yolanda,
they loot grocery stores and markets
inorder for them to have something to
eat and drink.

In the story, we can observe that the
temperature in the story is extremely
cold because it is below sixty degrees
and also there were a lot of
uncontrollable incidents of nature. For
example, the man was able to
successfully make a fire when suddenly
a heavy mass of snow dropped down.
Real Life
• Nature’s Power
It is similar in real life, nature is
powerful and unpredictable. For
example, the impact of Typhoon
Odette has cost many people to suffer
because of its destruction, people lost
their homes, pets and even their loved
ones. It’s impact showed us that Nature
is more powerful than any
infrastructure human has ever built.

old men to travel with a companion but
with his ego that he can do it alone, he

It is similar in real life,our ego can be
the reason of problems and chaos. For

a choice not to start a war on Ukraine,
unfortunately due to ego he thinks he is
more powerful, he started the chaos.

In the story, the man is ready to accept
his faith, instead of fighting the
situation, he just accepted it.
Real Life
• Dying with Dignity
It is similar to real life. For example,
our soldier’s who died fighting for our
country, they showed that they died
with Dignity. Another example is our
National Hero, which is Jose Rizal, he
accepted his execution at Luneta, he
died defending our country.
