Purpose of study and research questions
• The purpose of this study is To evaluate students’ self-efficacy and
satisfaction in the use of the Blackboard course management system
at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, USA.
• RQ1:What is the level of self-efficacy required for students to
effectively use the blackboard course management system?

• RQ2:To what extent does the use of blackboard course management


system lead to student satisfaction?
