THE CONCEPT
OF TEAM

The modern concept of team is largely rooted in the


industrial revolution of the 18th and 19th centuries.
With the rise of factories and mass production, it
became clear that working together in a coordinated
way was essential for success.
During the world warII, military leaders recognized the
importance of teamwork in achieving their objectives
and began to develop new techniques for training and
organizing teams.
DEFINITION
OF TEAM:
