Anyone who has tried to improve their diet has likely encountered the same problem. If it tastes
good, it's probably bad for you. It takes a lot of self discipline to avoid unhealthy fats, sugar, and
fried food, so it's always nice when mother nature cuts us some slack and makes one or two
healthy foods actually taste good.

Avocados have been jokingly blamed for the financial problems of the millennial generation, due
to their popularity and price. But it's no wonder they are so popular and expensive, considering
their delicious subtle flavor, creamy texture, and high levels of vitamins and healthy fats.

Garlic, originally from Central Asia, has been used as both a food flavoring and medicine for
thousands of years. It has a strong, pungent aroma and taste, and is a source of many vitamins
and minerals. A variety of cultures have used garlic as a medicine, with some evidence showing
that it may have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Dark Chocolate is rich in antioxidants. It has less sugar content than milk chocolate, and eating a
