Abstract :
• This Study analyses the most commonly used appraisal techniques.
Factors like Effectiveness , and Satisfaction of those techniques are
highlighted in this Study. This study also attempts to point out the
loopholes and optimal technique along with interval in which the
technique must be utilized. Ways to improve those Performance Appraisal
techniques will also be mentioned in this study.

Questionnaire
• A Questionnaire containing around 25 questions will be administered to
200+ employees working at different roles in different organisations.
• The sole objective of the questionnaire is to bring out the effectiveness of
appraisal techniques through employees
• The questionnaire also contains questions regarding satisfaction & Ways to
improve appraisal techniques , which will be helpful in finding the optimal
technique
• Optimal appraisal interval can also be identified with this questionnaire.
