STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR NOTIFICATION PROCESS

If there is need to schedule any notification then select ‘Scheduled’ and after that two additional
tabs gets open. 1. Scheduled date , 2. Scheduled time
3. Upload Image :- Here upload any Image that notification you want to sent.
4. Description :- There is need to enter description for notification. It should be maximum 500
characters.
5. Admin Date :- It should be current date when you are trying to apply notification from Admin.
6. Schedule timer status :- There are two statuses 1. Yes 2. No(Yes- This status used for the
purpose if we wish to show the notification for the particular time frame only. NO- if you wish to
keep notification in bell icon then you need to choose ‘No’)

7. Targeted Users :- Targeted users used for those users to whom we want to target
through Notification. There are several dropdowns in targeted users.
b. Basic Packages :- Here we can target all the basic package users
c. Fintech Packages :- Here we can target all the Fintech package users
d. Distributor Packages :- Here we can target all the distributor package users
e. Franchise packages :- Here we can target all the Franchise package users
f. Master Franchise Packages :- Here we can target all the Master Franchise package
users
j. Custom Users :- Here you can select this option if you wish to target some
specified users. Then another tab will be open to upload the excel for the custom
users.

8. Redirection Link:- When you want to redirect your notification at a particular service
then choose the service name from the dropdown.
‘OR’
If you wish to redirect your notification at a particular page / form then choose ‘Custom
URL’.
9. Custom URL :- Here you can paste any of the form or web link for the redirection.
