 PROJECT
DESCRIPTION

Any building utilized for sport or other

recreational activities is referred to as a
recreational building. Thus, gymnasium
would be the result of our accomplishment.
 The said project is under the administration of
our client Mayor Jose Crisologo Singson Jr., the
current mayor of Vigan City. It is funded by the
government. It will be completed in the span of 1
year and 6 months.
PROJECT GOALS
& OBJECTIVES

To provide venues for

sports, formal activities, and
to be used as an evacuation
center in case of calamities.
 PROPOSED
LAYOUT

The gymnasium has an area of 3000

square meter and  comprise of two
15m×28m basketball court, three
6.1m×13.4m badminton court and ping
pong tables. There will be two rooms for
storing gymnasiums equipment.
 It will have a stage for awarding and other
activity that needed a platform. We will provide a
comfort room for male and female and benches
that can accommodate 300-400 people.

LOCATION OF
THE PROJECT

The gymnasium would be constructed on

59 Burgos St., Vigan City, Ilocos Sur (Vigan
Grand Carnival old spot). It comprises an
estimated area of 17,800 . Due to its
proximity to barangays, this location would
be suitable for the recreational building.
 The lot is located near a highway which
can be easily accessible for the users. The
location is surrounded by different
barangays such as Ayusan Norte, Solidwest,
and Pantay Daya. It is also a walking
distance from the center of Vigan City.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The implementation of the

project should be done by our
company, JCF Construction Co.
until its completion.
