Introduction :
 

The sixth practical period when I was in this company

was very useful, because it helps me to deal with
machines and electricity, and increase my experience at
mechanic in the future. With this practice I don’t need
to have any practice when I finish the university level, I
will be a successful engineer.

 About NAPCO

NAPCO established in 1991 , in the city of Nablus-

Palestine , the National Aluminum & profile company
(NAPCO), a publicly-traded share holding company that
is a subsidiary of the Arab Palestinian Investment
company (APIC). NAPCO is the first aluminum profiles
manufacturers in Palestine. Originally lunched to serve
the basic needs of Palestine’s residents. 4

In maintenance department:
1. Make check list to the main air compressors in the company , in this
check list , we checked the maximum and minimum pressure , the
temperature , leaking and noise.

2. Make a daily work very important like a check oil level to extortion line
press tank cold and hot saw dies furnace a and make check
temperature for container, oil pumps, tie rods, dies furnace and
container pressure .

3. Taking gas, water and electrical meters reading monthly for all
company lines, to calculate the company consumption.

4. Follow up external company's to maintenance some machines in
company like (forklifts, elevator and air conditions device) and take the
maintenance nots machines to registration in technical department.

5. Follow up ETCO company to maintain company generators we

checked an oil & water level, noise battery's and tested the generator's
to sure it works properly.

6. Follow up anodizing line daily and make a check list temperatures

check, any leakage in tanks, boilers, rectifier, suction, and cooling
tower.

7. I can solved electrical or mechanical problems at maintenance

section in all production lines in company: installation pumps, fixing
presses, repair any leaking of oil, fixing the packaging machines,
calibration the packaging machines tables, fixing any problem in
jacks in powder line, change filters, changing normal buttons and
emergency buttons, changing any cables where there is a problem.

8. Checking the electrical equipment's in the electrical panels:
relays, photo electrical sensor, proximity sensor, push button,
selector switch limit switches , over loads , contactors, circuit
breakers, timers and sensors by the digital multi meter
(DMM).

10. I can connect 1 phase, and 3 phase motors in star and delta methods,
and how to calibrate the 3 phase motor, and calibrate the belts for any
motor and install limit switch, proximity sensors, photo electrical sensor
to the machines in the production lines.

11. If The electricity lost, I restarted the production lines in the company, and
restarted the compressors in the powder line.

12. Receive gas to fill gas tanks in the company, and receive diesel to fill
generator tank and public services tank.

13. Fixing the cranes in all production lines in the company, like: the
extrusion line crane, all cranes in the warehouse, the cast house crane,
anodizing crane, soda crane, dies crane and I can to change the remote
control to any crane.

14. I can to solve any electrical problem in lighting and power distribution in
company.

14. Add oil (68 hydraulic) to the press piston hydraulic tank in extrusion
line we turn off the filtration pump and installation pipes from pipes
drain and turn on filtration pump to add oil.

15. Solved an electrical problem in extrusion line crane the problem is a

short circuit is make an over current to cutoff over load protection
device and stop work crane after the check we found short circuit in up
wire we fixed it and then it works properly.

16. I can to Maintenance the air compressors 1+2+3 we changed oil filter
and separators changing a cooling fan to any compressors.

 :RECOMMENDATIONS

I hope in the next practical periods from the company to develop my training by

make a graduation project increase my experience in industrial field and

included in a different section .

:CONCLUSION

how to deal with machines, and workers, obligation in the work , work clothes,
listening to the advices, speed in work, respect all , I learned to work in all
working conditions in hard, and comfortable work, and work in any section in
the company is help me to develop my experience, to make me successful
engineer.
