Do you know what our value is for this
term?
It is TEAMWORK!
But what is teamwork? What does it mean?
Teamwork means a combined
action of a group especially when
effective and efficient.
But why is showing teamwork
important?
It is important to show teamwork because if
you don't work well with your group or team.
You won't be able to complete what you were
supposed to do.
But how can we be able to show
TEAMWORK?
We need to make sure that everyone in your
group gets along.
Then you'll be able to work well together.
But how can we show teamwork?
Now here are some ideas:
• Making sure everyone is included
• Listening to everyone's ideas
• Making sure people get to say their own ideas
• Make sure everyone agrees
• Don't let one person just do everything
• Help someone if they are stuck
• Take turns
And if you think about it teamwork is very
similar to respect and equality.
(We will be looking at equality next week in
assembly)
But where or when can we show teamwork?
Now here are some Ideas!:
• On a school trip
• In a group project
• Sports games in PE/During Break/Lunch
• Helping
• Any other ideas!
