Problem Statement: Seamless Invoicing and Reconciliation System.

To create an automated transaction system which acts independently for invoicing and payments reconciliation. Also a wallet for customer which can be accessed through a portal. Payments can be made offline through banks or pay using UPIs/Internet Banking/NEFTs/RTGS

• There will be Admin and User Login. Outstanding, payment
• New customers need to register and get the dues, invoices pending
approval of admin to be cleared, interest
• Customers can check their dashboard for loss
pending invoices and they can pay fully or
partially.
• Customer also has the option to pay money
through their wallet balance.
• On payment portal , there is a field
indicating the amount to be paid.
• Once customer enters the amount they
are redirected to Paytm API to make
payment.
• The transaction status will be informed to
customers through email/SMS.
• Disputes over invoices can be settled by
customer support through comments on
individual posts.
