Patient Profile
• New patient (NRI)
• Sex- Female
• Lactose intolerant
• Constipation
• Hypertension
• Work related stress
• No protein balance
• Pigmentation
Patient’s diet history:
• Gluten free diet.
• Followed a keto diet.
• Mostly eating chicken, cabbage & chana dal.
Dietary Recommendations:
• Luke warm water (300ml) + grated ginger or lemon.
• (After 10-15mins) Overnight soaked methi seeds.
• 10 mins meditation + 10-20 mins walk.
7:30am

• Bowl of fruits (fresh, seasonal fruits)


• Focus on vitamin C, especially- all berries, guava, orange,
sweet limes etc.
11:00am • Have sips of water along with it.

• 1 cup luke warm water with half lemon or amla (before


lunch)
12:45pm
• Protein bowl- sprouts, moong, matki (boiling+ whistling)
• Half bowl raw salad- Lettuce leave, cucumber with herbs (everything cooked in
pressure cooker do not eat raw)
• Greek salad dressing, mayo salad dressing, herbs can be used for salads.
• Eat moong dal and masoor dal and add hing and ajwain to the dal.
1:00pm • No oil dressing, no cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, no olive oil.
• Add ghee tadka to dal.
Lunch • One drumstick a day.
• Make paratha out of jowar, bajra, quinoa, moong, oats aata. Add vegetables to
paratha.
• Dal more less rice
• Chicken & rice.

• Dates, Anjeer
• Fruit bowl
4-5:00pm

• Soup bowl- add vegetables, herbs


• Egg whites or paneer or grilled chicken
7:00-7:30pm • Mix dal khichdi with vegetables (add hing & ajwain)
Dinner • 2-3 egg whites
• Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds (raw and unroasted).
After dinner.

• Go for a walk.
8-9:00pm

• 10g chia seeds(soaked in water) + 1 glass of water – only if you


are constipated.
9:30- • Meditation, porous almond oil+ coffee powder make a scrub and
10:00pm apply on pigmentation area (5 mins) ( twice a week)
Do’s
• Get tested for Mg.
• Goal is to avoid sleep medication.
• Chewing calmly.
• Meditate.
• Go for a walk.
• Sips of water while eating. ( for better food digestion).
• Drink more water.
• Cherish and enjoy eating.
• More fibrous diet.
• Try almond milk and cows milk
• Drink barley water .
Don'ts
• No mobile phone or screens while eating.
• Avoid cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli.
• No oil in salads.
• Don’t eat raw salads.
• Avoid sleep medication.
• No sugar.
• No oil cooking (use ghee).
