Why don’t the bones of a movable joint
hit each other when you walk?
The bones in movable joints are
connected to each other by ligaments
(связка,байлам).
Cartilage (шеміршек, хрящ) covers
each bone tip in movable joint.
Movable joints are covered by joint
capsule. There is a synovial fluid in joint
capsule which reduce friction.
Types of movable joints

1.Ball-and-socket
2.Hinge
3.Pivot
Ball-and-socket joint
Itis joint that allows rotary movement in
any direction.
Ex: shoulder joint, hip joint
Hinge
Itis a joint between bones that allows
move only in one direction.
Ex: jaws, elbow
Pivot
It is a joint in which bones rotate around a
single axis.
Ex: head moving along neck, joint
between ulna and radius.
