I 、 Installing the Telemotive System Client
Step3. please Copy the client to your computer,Recomend copy to D disc. and then double click the client and
setup,as follows:

Step2. After successful installation you will find the Telemotive System Client icon ou your desktop,Double-click
the icon to start the application,as follows:

Step3. The item [Help] offers access to the links to the main manuals,as follows:

1. The data logger kit contains five sub-components : data logger, the communication cables,DC-DC Converter,OBD Cables
and Ethernet cable, as follows:

1.Data Logger 2. The communication cables 3.DC-DC Converter

4.1 OBD Cables-two terminals 4.2 OBD Cable-three terminals 5.Ethernet Cable

Note: There are 2 types of OBD cables (4.1 and 4.2), anyone can be used in conjunction with the communication cables.

2. Hook up the Data logger
Step 1: Connect the data logger with the communication cables. and push the locking plate to lock the communication interface.

Note: The power harness KL31(Black/GND/-) and KL30(Red/Vbat/+) 6

Step 3.1: Connect the communication cables with OBD cables. If OBD cables have two communication interface,the connecting
method is as follows:

Connecting method:
1) HSCAN1(the communication cables) and interface 1(OBD cables);
2) HSCAN2(the communication cables) and interface 2(OBD cables).

Step 3.2: Connect the communication cables with OBD cables. If OBD cables have three communication interface,the connecting
method is as follows:

Connecting method:
1) HSCAN1(the communication cables) and interface 1(OBD cables);
2) HSCAN2(the communication cables) and interface 3(OBD cables).

2. Hook up the Data logger
Step 4: Connect DC-DC converter with OBD cables.

Connecting method of the power harness:

1) Red/Vbat/+(DC-DC converter) and Red/Vbat/+(OBD cables)

2) Black/GND/-(DC-DC converter) and Black/GND/-(OBD cables)

1. After the vehicle high-voltage system is powered on, Connect the OBD interface of OBD cables with the OBD Interface on
the vehicle dashboard.

2. Connect the Gigabit port ETH#1 with the Ethernet Port of your computer by a Ethernet cable.

Note: By default Data logger is configured as DHCP-server with IP address 192.168.0.233

3. Power on/off the data logger
Switch on the device by pressing the [On/Trigger] button and wait until the logger is ready.

For switching off the device please press [on ]button for about 5 seconds till the [action] LED starts pulsing.

4. Double-click the Telemotive System Client icon ou your desktop,and then start the application,as follows:

5. Set IP address
Click + Enter IP address, select IP:192.168.0.233, and then the display interface on the right appears , as follows:

7. Update date and time
Click , and click "set date and time on logger", and then "Logger time was updated successfully" appears in
the lower right corner of the display interfaceas,as follows:

Note: If this date and time are inconsistent with your computer's time, the device will not function properly.

8. Configuration Baudrate of HSCAN-1 and HSCAN-2
Click , and select "CAN-HS #1(HSCAN-1)", and then select items according with steps 2,step 3 and step 4.Finally click
"write to logger" and complete the configuration, as follows: Note: Baudrate:select 250,000 bits/s

complete the configuration, as follows: Note: Baudrate:select 250,000 bits/s

Step1: Click"Tools", Select "setting", and then select items as follows.Finally click "OK" and complete the configuration.

10.Online monitor
Click icon , Select , Note that the arrow on the left shows green, indicating normal communication.you can see
the message inside the red frame.

11.Data conversion
Click icon , Select the data that you need to convert (Date and time,Section) , Note that the arrow on the left shows green,
indicating the data can be normally converted.

Step 1: Select the data you need to covert.

11.Copy the Data and send to Foton bus
Find out the target directory, Select and copy the data that you will send to Foton bus, as follows. ( Files name : *.blf )
