Course Objectives:
To highlight the global issues and challenges
that affects the operations of international
construction projects.
To examine different approaches of
designing, constructing and managing
international construction projects in the
local context of different countries for
prospective global employment.
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students
should be able to :
CLO1: Examine the global issues and
challenges that affect the operations of
international construction projects (C4)

CLO2: Adapt appropriate approaches of
designing, constructing and managing
international construction projects with
respect to the local context of different
