TOPIC 2: ESD BONDING POINT (EBP) – ( 04th SEPT 2020 )

 GFO Defect Ticket: 50123065
 ESD bonding point not grounded. No continuity to
ground. Cable at back EBP point not connected to
any point. Resistance ~ 29 M Ω
 Ideal case EBP to ground should be < 1 Ω

UK Hypercare respond, 9 Sept This loom is fitted and tested as part of the production test
routine. However there have been some machines where it may have worked loose.
Is the loom there and just not terminated one end ? Picture attached if not terminated. 08/09/2020 Page 5

TOPIC 4: TRANSPORT RAIL POSITION - ( 09th SEPT 2020 )

 GFO Task ID : 14814 (Product Improvement)

 Transport Rail position at board width during product

change-over.

 Function “ Transport to Full Width“ does not available

under Tooling menu

 Operator have difficulty to setup tooling pin / support

block. Exposed to sharp edge around the clamp

 Expect the transport rail able to move to full width

position during product change over

UK Hypercare respond, 9 Sept: This is by design at present. The feeling generally is that,
the foils are in a safe position, the rails are at board width which makes it easy for pin
placement to the size of the board. Loading a tooling block should not be any more 9/8/2020 Page 7

difficult with the rails at board width.

UK Hypercare respond, 10 Sept: The rail width, we will of course consider per the GFO
raised and revert a response.

TOPIC 7: PASTE ROLL INVALID – ( 11th SEPT 20220 )

 GFO Defect Ticket: 50124098
 Paste Roll Invalid error. Continue for run production
 SOS Capsule and data recorder send to GSC 11.09.2020

GSC respond, 14 Sept: It looks like there was

some kind of blip in what the sensor. The blip
could either be an obstruction of the sensor in
some way (unlikely due to how brief the spike is
unless something is right on the edge of
obstructing) or potentially a loose connection
that made the sensor flick off and back on as it
takes a moment to settle after turning on so we
briefly delay the start of recording this data to
make sure we only capture good data. If there
was a loss of power mid-recording this blip
would be shown in the recording.

 03.10.2020: Adjustment laser sensor bean position to
ensure no obstruction by squeegee holder

 SOS Capsule and data recorder send to GSC 14.9.2020

GSC respond, 14 Sept: To change the below

parameters such that this trigger point is larger.
Minimum can be set to 8mm.
Replenishment height can be set to 12mm.
This will give a 4mm window which will help.

 Facing board double feeding inside machine. Transport Sensor
signal was interference when passing through cut-out board.
This was due to the cut-out between panel
 Work around. Use only SINGLE stage transport for production
