 INTRODUCTION OF TOPIC

 Employees Providing fund or EPF: -

• The Employees Provident Fund or EPF is a popular savings scheme that has been
introduced by the EPFO under the supervision of the Government of India.

• The savings plan is designed for the salaried class to help them save money in order to
have a comfortable retirement.

• Both parties extend 12% each of the employees’ monthly salary, as their share of
contribution towards EPF.

 Shram Suvidha Portal: - 

• Shram Suvidha Portal, is a web portal that provides a single platform for all labour
compliances.

• It is Online Registration and Licensing facility on Shram Suvidha Portal is developed to

facilitate Establishments, Contractors, Employers or Principal Employers to submit
application for Registration/License under Labour Laws Online i.e, CLRA Act, EPF Act,
ESI Act etc.

• Here, you can check member’s PF amount and pension amount also you can check PF

• Here, A member can edit his/her mobile number and mail id

• A member can update his/her KYC like; Bank details, Aadhar details, Pan details, Passport
details.
iv E-Nomination
• Upload employee Photograph, then click on E-Nomination in that their having family
declaration.
v Mark exit
• If any employee leaves the organization, he can enter his date of exit in PF record after 2
months of his leaving date.

4. Account
• In this if employee’s wants to change their Password, they can easily change their
passwords.

5. Online Services

i ) Claim (form -31,19,10C,10D)

ii ) One-member -one EPF account (Transfer Request) form-13

• To transfer PF from old organization to new organization to new organization.

iii ) Track Claim status

• With this option, an employees can track his online claim status in case of PF advanced,
PF withdrawal, and Pension withdrawal.

2. repayment of home loan

3. medical emergencies

 ECR (ELECTRONIC CHALAN CUM RETURN)

• ECR is stand for electronic chalan cum return It is an electronic monthly return to be
uploaded by employers through the Employer in unified portal.

 ECR provide certain benefit:-

1 Contribution will be credit from employeer salary on monthly basis.
2 No paper should be prepared submitted to EPFO.

 LIMITATIONS

• In HR consultancy there has been limited staff so it gets difficulty to manage a work.

• Current staff has only done recruitment.

• Firm, connected with most of the HR professionals in Gujarat but not connected with
HR students or freshers in HR field.

 CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION

 Conclusion

• At, this stage through my analysis on “Employee Provident Fund” I had learn various Process in Dhatri
HR Services. Related to Provident Fund like, PF Process.

• In PF I had learn how to withdrawal PF amount, how to operate the Employee Provident Fund Portal.
AND, how to generate chalan, advance PF withdrawal process.

 Recommendation

• After the study, it was found that Dhatri HR Services as a good reputation & image in the market.

• Most of the candidates and clients are satisfied with the services of Dhatri HR Services.
