How Important Technology
is in Our Daily Lives

• Technology has influenced the way we live on it. Humans continue to


evolve continuously.  Technology will not stop at a single threshold, but
we still hear daily discoveries and inventions by scientists. Technology
has spread all over the world and people use it all the time.  
• Any person, regardless of his cultural or social level, or even age, can
use a cell phone, for example, to take pictures, send and receive them. 
Technology helps us to keep in touch with people who are away from
us.
• Technology can not be appropriate for some tasks and has negative
influences. Everyone determines and decides how to use this
technology in a negative or positive way because the same technology
can be used by two people in a different ways.

in Communication

• Technological advances in communication have become


endless. Technology is of great importance in terms of
facilitating communication between people.
• This has been achieved with technology that provides
opportunities for people to promote and facilitate
communication between them, the ability of people to
communicate with each other across continents and
countries in a matter of a few seconds.

• Technology contributes significantly to the access and acquisition
of information, and thus the development. This is the reason for
the existence of a huge scientific and cognitive revolution, which
entails facilitating human life by increasing inventions in various
practical fields. 
• For example, E-learning has provided the learner with many
programs that provide immediate reference to what the learner
is asking for, by providing discussion forums and libraries that
allow questions to be asked and be answered very quickly. 
• Technological advances have also allowed the so-called open
education that allows people with health problems or living far
away to be in online classrooms.  You can transform your learning
style with online education resources.

Domestic Work
• There are many modern tools that made the domestic work
easier for people, such as a vacuum cleaner, which was
replaced by old tools used to do so, as well as the electric
heating device for various foods (microwave).
• For example microwaves have became popular the late ’70s. It
simplified the process of heating pre-cooked food. Also, while
heating food, they are less prone to spread pollution when
compared to regular gas stoves. Electricity has made it easier
for the housewife to prepare food easily and quickly.

• Technology has helped doctors answer all patient queries


faster. There are various technological innovations in the
health sector, which faccilitate the process of helping
people. 
• Technology constantly strives to contribute to the
development of instruments and equipment used in the
medical field and preserve the healthy lives of people and
raise their standard of care. 
• Advanced medical devices have made it possible to detect
many diseases and have facilitated their treatment. In
addition to that, they have provided the opportunity to
complete some types of treatment at home, resulting in a
shorter stay in hospitals.

use of computers and allowed the use of the

this area may including: 
    - Easy access to reports  
    - Increased employee productivity

phone design in the shape of an actual apple. It was a flip phone
that, when closed, would look like the Apple logo.

they manufactured a range of other items, such as; toilet paper,
tires, computers, and other electronics.
• More people have mobile phones than toilets: Out of the 7.7
billion people in the world, more than 6 billion people have access
to a mobile phone. Compared to only 4.5 billion people who have
access to a working toilet.
• The first television broadcast took place in 1925: The first
television broadcast was done in 1925 with a greyscale image in a
30-line vertically scanned format, at five pictures per second.
