Planning is the primary process of management
that involves setting objectives and determing
a course of action for achieving those
objectives.
Planning is the fundamental managerial
process , which involves deciding beforehand,
what is to be done, when is it to be done, how
it is to be done and whom is going to do it.

• Organising is the managerial process that
follows after planning, it involves the
assignment of tasks, the grouping of tasks into
departments and the assignment of authority
with adequate responsibility and allocation of
resources across the organisation to achieve
common goals.
