Talk To a Librarian – it may seem obvious but the easiest way a librarian can help with any part of your
research is for you to reach out an ask questions but sometimes this can seem like a difficult task. For that
reason, there are many ways at our institution to reach library faculty.
• Ask A Librarian Chat -- If you look at the upper righthand of the library’s website, there is a chat box
option. Monday through Friday from 9 to 9 there are librarian's available for live chats to help you with
whatever part of research you might be working on.
• Email – The directory is in the tabs at the top of the screen on the library website. If you need help
figuring out who to can best assist you, reach out to me and cmreeder@thecollege.edu.
• In person – Don’t forget we would always love to see you in person to help with your project.
WORKSHOPS
Also located in the tabs at the top of the library’s website is the workshops tab. When you click on
the workshop tab, a dropdown menu will appear where you can select a workshop. You have the
option to select either the virtual recording of the workshop or you can check the calendar for the
next available live workshop on the topic.
The library offers workshops on a large variety of research topics to be covered on the next slide.
