• Engagement commences upon the execution of the

contract.
• Payment of one time fee of P10,000.00
• Engagement remains active for a period of six (6)
months.
• After six (6) months the Attorney shall be subjected
to a performance review and at which point the
client may select not to move forward with retainer
contract.

02 Billing

• Your billing period is from the 6th to the 25th.

• The billing statement is sent on the 25th of the month and
the client is given 5 days to review the billing statement
and raise any questions or concerns.
• The due date for every billin cycle is on the 5th of the
following month.
• Every billing will have an official receipt from the Law
Office.
