Inspecting Customer Discovery
Team’s Task to accomplish
Customer Interview/Survey Task
1. Each Team should find five(5) persons as possible customer of your product or
service to be interviewed or surveyed.

2. Formulate the desired questions you want your interviewee to answer relevant to
the information you need for your product or service. Number of questions must
not exceed 10 questions or less than 5 questions, excluding the demographics
Name, Age, Civil Status, Educational Attainment, Type of profession: student,
teacher, housewife, engineer, call center agent, etc.

3. Give the summary details, profiles and results for each of your interviewee.
