learning algorithms. This can enhance user experience and boost the

• Virtual interviews: With remote work becoming more and more
common, the website should integrate platforms for virtual
interviews and offer tools to help job searchers be ready for them.
Both job searchers and businesses may find the job search process
to be more comfortable and accessible as a result.
