Future Scope
• Recommendations for appropriate jobs based on a user's abilities,
experience, and interests are made by the website using machine
learning algorithms. This can enhance user experience and boost the
likelihood that job seekers will discover their ideal position.
• Virtual interviews: With remote work becoming more and more
common, the website should integrate platforms for virtual
interviews and offer tools to help job searchers be ready for them.
Both job searchers and businesses may find the job search process to
be more comfortable and accessible as a result.
32
{DATE \@
04/25/2023
• Job seekers can take talent assessments on the website, which can
help them figure out where they are in terms of their abilities and
shortcomings and offer advice on how to develop their skills. This
can aid job seekers in improving their readiness for interviews and
raising their likelihood of landing a job.
• Resources for career development: The website should increase its
selection of materials by include guidance on topics like how to
successfully network, how to negotiate a pay, and how to create a
personal brand. Job searchers may benefit from this in order to
progress their careers and accomplish long-term objectives.
