 Abstract
• The purpose of this research study is to know the
impact of Mathematics Subject to the G-11
Students of OLOPGVS. This research focuses on the
effects of reading comprehension on mathematics
achievement. My experiment tested student’s
diligent to intelligence. The result showed that
most of the student is diligent by doing their
activities even though they are struggling, they still
do what they can so they can finish their activities.
 OBJECTIVE
1. Recognize the importance of Math Subject to the
senior high students.
2. Explain the understands and appreciates logical
critical and independent thinking of other.
3. Identify the impact of Math subject to the G-11
Students of OLOPGVS.
 Introduction
• According to some research mathematics is a
methodical application of matter. It is so said
because the subject makes a man methodical or
systematic. Mathematics makes our life orderly and
prevents chaos. Mathematics is the cradle of all
creations without which the world cannot move an
inch. Be it a cook or a farmer, a carpenter or a
mechanic, a shopkeeper or a doctor, an engineer or
scientist, a musician or a magician everyone needs
mathematics in their day to day life.
HYPOTHESIS
• Math subject has an impact on the academic
performance of the G-11 Students of Olopgvs.

• Math subject has no impact on the academic

performance of the G-11 Student of Olopgvs
 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
How solving math equation affect the academic
performance?

How can students improve their problem solving

ability?
 RESULT
The participant in this study are G11 students compose of
11 individual divided into 3 different academic strands.one
group is comprise of 6 girls and 5 boys who receive formal
math equation instruction in class and with these, only 4
students got passing scores and 3 of then have low scores
and it can affect the results about academic performance.
These are 24 students officially enrolled in Our Lady Of
Peace and Good Voyage School.The results shows only of
them are good at solving math problem about function.
 DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION
• The educational discussion and conclusion of
this study indicate the importance of providing
formal math equation instruction for
emergent readers and quizzers. Problem
solving ability and critical thinking is necessary
for learning how to solve math correctly.
Problem solving was being taugth in class be
the same math problem that the students
have learned to solve.
