The nutrition station is emphasis on a healthy lifestyle, including products and services for
customers, has become increasingly over the last decade. More and more governmental and
non-governmental organizations are promoting a healthy lifestyle as people's individual
decision for health, yet doctors continue to warn us that we have to protect ourselves from
diseases. Modern science confirms that eating a balanced diet can do a lot to promote long-
term health. Because of end-users growing demand for fast food and the fact that an increasing
percentage feel the need to eat healthy, we believe that our products will be well received
among consumers and that they will buy them. We confirm this belief with research
demonstrating that
most respondents (74%) are aware that healthy food impacts their quality of life.
The company “THE NUTRITION STATION” Ltd.” focuses on the wider food industry, with
a segment catering to the healthy food market and, within this, a segment catering to the
healthy fast-food market, developing meals that are easily accessible (quick purchase),
delicious, and not harmful to health. In fact, the food provides nutrients that help prevent and
respond to different types of diseases. THE NUTRITION STATION, Ltd.’s competitors all
focus on meeting the same primary needs within the shortest possible time.
About the Business

The Nutrition station is an initiative to change poor lifestyle into healthy lifestyle through full
of nutrition and healthy food may help you live longer.

Objectives

1. To Improve nutrition and health outcomes of student segments in Aspirants coaching Area
like KOTA, GYM RAT , Employees through availability of foods that would increase
intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, decrease calorie intake and increase micronutrient
intake .
2. To provide employment to the violence victim women, acid attacked women,
underprivileged women or transgender community.
3. To build our youth strong and fit for the brighter future of India.

Mission
The Nutrition station aims to be provide healthy lifestyle to the aspirants and gym rats, office
employees community at affordable price with proper diet and nutrition and make them more
focused on studies , because if they stay healthy then they will be more focused so our mission to
make our youth stress free and healthy .

Also we provides food according to the religion based teste healthy food at reasonable price.

We seek fair and responsible profit, enough to keep the company financially healthy for the long
term and to fairly compensate owners and investors for their money and risk.

COMPANY LOCATION

The nutrition station will be located in KOTA, LAXMI NAGAR, MUKHERJEE NAGAR,
DELHI , LUCKNOW and kota will be the prime location for business setup for all the
Aspirants of the surrounding businesses. The station Ensure healthy energetic chain and sell
healthy and delicious food recipes to the surrounding community.
Market

The Kota is a popular among the youth of India for its coaching institutes for engineering and
medical entrance examination. many students come to Kota to prepare for the JEE, NEET and
many other competitive exams. Also, its industrial hub, Kota is now home to a 6000 coaching, a
fast career growth, a stable job and work life balance.
According to the research Approx more than 1.5 to 2 lakh students go to Kota and realize their
dream of getting into the best NEET or JEE college.
So they required healthy food to stay there and here we play are crucial role to fulfill their
requirements.
So ,10% is atarget market Approx 10,000 to 15,000 students and the cost of per monthly package
is 5000/- per student so total revenue will be 50, 000,000 .

Industry analysis

The nutrition station competes in the food services Industry. In addition to competitive industry like
fit.in , they provide food that is breakfast , snacks, lunch , dinner but these food are not customized
as per needs Taste and Preferences of customer , And here we play a role to provide a customizes
food which makes us different from other these healthy dishes competes with all restaurant , delis,
PG and supermarkets for a share of its customer foods .

We provide customized food, according to the culture and background of the students and
employees and our USP that is unique selling point , we Emphasis to change the poor lifestyle into
healthy lifestyle .

And also we will provide special quotes on a piece of paper with his\her name for students, employes
and gym rats with the tiffin box to motivate them and give a reason for smile on his face.
Company Ownership

Currently The Nutrition Station is a sole proprietorship owned by owned by SHIVANI KOHLI.
It also has Manager and there are 30 employees with 2 food nutritionist sand 3 manager that
manages the nutrition station and day to day working.

Eventually, as the company becomes established, THE NUTRITION STATION will


apply to be incorporated.
Management Team

As human capital is the main Resource to run the any organization, Recognizing the importance
of human capital, THE NUTRITION STATION has assembled a strong management team. The
Team is led by DR NIKITA a top nutritionist. Dr nikita join to the- The Nutrition
station with the prior 10 years healthy food and as good nutritionist experience. In addition to his
industry specific experience, rahul has had 3 years of management experience. SHIVANI as
CEObrings financial skills to the nutrition station after a 15-year CPA career. A Rohit will
lead the marketing efforts having participated in his own PR firm. Lastly, Lucy Akash. will be on
the team as an assistant with over five years of experience. And other 30 women workers who
are Good in cooking.

there is less chances to getting loss in Kota education industry and MukherjeeNagar so As my
company mainly focuses on Aspirants diet and gym rates or Employees , And also profit and
loss is the part of every business and risk is available in every business, if we think about risk,
so we will not be able to run our business so that’s why we have to take risk .

Sales Forecast

Our sales forecast assumes the following changes :-

. Monthly package of food sales in the summer months will be slightly highs since
more aspirants will be having food and comes to the KOTA, Mukherjee Nagar etc
also Employees transfer from one place to another place .

. Healthy vegetable soup sales will be highs in November and December because of the
winter oriented days.
. Fruit Juice sales will be high in summer months.

lifestyle into healthy lifestyle and ultimate goal of company satisfy the Student, employees food
needs. With the satisfaction of the consumer see the monetary growth of the company. And also
contribute women economic status and remove barriers to economic equity Employment with
the giving of more opportunity to the weaker society women.
