Methodology-Steps Involved
Various Steps involved in the process are as follows:
A. Collection of C&D waste at a central location on site.
B. A combination of technologies that include Crushing, Screening and
Separation etc. are used to maximize waste treatment and ensure
minimum landfill of waste. All processes are mechanical and
material is moved on conveyer belts.
C. Adding EN2 Enzyme, cement, water and other additives to the
crushed and segregated material, and mixing thoroughly.
D. Carriage of Enzyme and cement mixed material on conveyer belt to
brick making plant.
E. Making of Bricks.
F. Stocking and Curing.
