Introduction
Different people behave in different ways – style, need, situation

 There is probably no topic more important to


business / entrepreneurial success today than
understanding the uniqueness of oneself.
 Entrepreneurship is a journey
Many people want to follow this road
due to self doubt e.t.c.

 Generally when we look at great entrepreneurs/Business


Giants, we can see some clear styles of entrepreneurship.
 We must understand their psychology, physiology, biology
etc. EQ, IQ….

 Different phenomenon:
a. Circumstances, b. Opportunities
 Are you focused on creating surprising ideas?
 Helping people?
 Being your own ?
 Would you like to build an enterprise or
 Do you like prospect of making a good idea?

 The theory is that people are either left-brained or right-


brained, meaning that one side of their brain is dominant.
 If you're mostly analytical and methodical in your thinking,
you're said to be left-brained. If you tend to be more
creative or artistic, you're thought to be right-brained.

d. They are goal oriented
e. They love to work independently
f. They take not of the minutest details whilst having the
vision/mission in mind
g. They bring ideas to life through tangible plans and execution

 They prefer processes and systems over people
 They are really good at handling Operational roles.

They are swift at spotting market opportunities and
