• Yoga is more than just a workout—it’s actually a combination of four components: postures (like tree

NATUROPATHY :-

-Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to wellness.

Naturopathy supports a person to live a healthy lifestyle. The
foundations of naturopathy are based on the importance of a
healthy diet, clean fresh water, sunlight, exercise and stress
management.
-Naturopathy aims to educate the person to look after their
own health and the health of their family, minimising
symptoms of any illness, supporting the body’s capacity to
heal, and balancing the body so that illness is less likely to
occur in the future.
- A range of therapies are used to support the person.
Therapies may include nutritional medicine, diet advice,
herbal medicine, homeopathy, lifestyle advice, and tactile
therapies, such as massage, acupressure or Bowen technique.
HYDRO THERAPY :-

Hydrotherapy is any method that uses water to treat a variety

of symptoms throughout your body. You might see it called
water therapy, aquatic therapy, pool therapy or
balneotherapy.

Hydrotherapy can be as simple as taking a warm bath at

home, or you might use a special tank or pool. The term
hydrotherapy also includes the use of pressurized jets, hot
and cold temperatures and ice packs.

Healthcare providers have used water to treat injuries and

diseases as far back as the beginning of recorded history. In
the last 20 years, medical experts have started studied
hydrotherapy as an evidence-based treatment for some
conditions and symptoms.
ELECTRO THERAPY :-

Electrotherapy is the use of electrical energy as a medical

treatment.

In medicine, the term electrotherapy can apply to a variety of

treatments, including the use of electrical devices such as deep
brain stimulators for neurological disease. The term has also
been applied specifically to the use of electric current to speed
wound healing.

Additionally, the term “electrotherapy” or “electromagnetic

therapy” has also been applied to a range of alternative medical
devices and treatments.
MESO THEREPY :-

Mesotherapy is a technique that uses injections of

vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts
to rejuvenate and tighten skin, as well as remove
excess fat.
--Michel Pistor, a doctor in France, developed the
technique in 1952. It was originally used to
relieve pain. In the years since, it has gained
popularity in the United States and other parts of
the world.
--Today, mesotherapy is used to:-
°remove fat in areas like the stomach, thighs,
buttocks, hips, legs, arms, and face
°reduce cellulite
°fade wrinkles and lines
°tighten loose skin
ACCUPRESSURE :-

Acupressure is just one of a number of Asian bodywork

therapies (ABT) with roots in traditional Chinese medicine
(TCM). Examples of other Asian bodywork therapies are
medical qigong and Tuina. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of
acupressure
Traditional Chinese medical theory describes special
acupoints, or acupressure points, that lie along meridians, or
channels, in your body. These are the same energy meridians
and acupoints as those targeted with acupuncture. It is
believed that through these invisible channels flows vital
energy – or a life force called qi (ch’i). It is also believed that
these 12 major meridians connect specific organs or networks
of organs, organizing a system of communication throughout
your body. The meridians begin at your fingertips, connect to
your brain, and then connect to an organ associated with a
certain meridian.
ACCUPANCTOR

Research has shown that acupuncture may be helpful for

several pain conditions, including back or neck pain, knee
pain associated with osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain.
It may also help relieve joint pain associated with the use
of aromatase inhibitors, which are drugs used in people
with breast cancer.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese method used to

relieve some health conditions and symptoms, such as
pain. An acupuncturist inserts very thin steel needles into
the patient’s skin at multiple “acupoints.” The needles
rebalance the body’s energy, or qi, and prompt the body to
release natural chemicals to fight the illness or symptom.
