    THE FIXING STAGE
     Neutralizing removes the hydrogen from the cortex by adding
    oxygen (a process of oxidation) This process joins together the
    sulphur bonds to re-form disulphide bonds in a new position.which
    permanently fixes the curl.
    CONTRAINDICATION
     Perming lotion can be painful if the client scalp has skin disorders.It
    can also irritate sensitive or allergic skin.Ask the client if he/she had
    any contraindications before carrying out the service.
     Record your client’s responses during the consultation .Ask him /her
    about the contraindications for you to have proof that she was
    interviewed before the treatment in case there is any problem which
    may occur during or after the perm.it is vital to keep a record card
    for every client for future references.

     •Ask about any known allergies or reactions
    •Skin sensitivities •Ask the client during consultation:look into the
