PANIC DISORDER

sudden fear ,feeling of

things, wanting to be away from
others and lost of energy. It is not
a normal sadness.
WHAT TO DO
Exercise regularly
Refrain from smoking
Get plenty of rest
8-10 glasses of water a day
Eat balance diet.
