Uncomfortable feeling of
fear , uneasiness or
overthinking that
something bad might
happen.
PANIC DISORDER
Repeated episode of
sudden fear ,feeling of
great danger and
impending doom.
DEPRESSION
A state of being sad, the loss of
happiness , a lack of interest on
things, wanting to be away from
others and lost of energy. It is not
a normal sadness.
WHAT TO DO
Exercise regularly
Refrain from smoking
Get plenty of rest
8-10 glasses of water a day
Eat balance diet.

5. CARRY INFORMATION TO ALL PARTS OF THE BODY.
