and interests. A group is a number of people with a

Group venue of meeting
Group venue of meeting
A venue is the place where an event or meeting is happening.

It is very necessary to decide a proper place or a proper venue

for a meeting as it effects a lot in taking the decision for a
business organization or for making any deal with clients.

A meeting should at proper venue where the facilities are

there like projectors, display boards so that one can express
itself.
Like seminar halls, meeting rooms, conference halls etc.
Leading a meeting
A lot of poorly-run meetings result from a lack of leadership. It's
important to designate a person to lead the discussion - often, this will
be the most senior person in the room, or the person who called the
meeting, but not always. No matter who it is, it's essential to have one
point person who can help direct the conversation and keep things on
track. Leading the meeting doesn't mean dominating the discussion;
rather, it entails setting expectations, paying attention to the flow of
the conversation, keeping people on-topic and on-schedule, asking
follow-up questions where necessary, and defining next steps at the
end of the meeting
