IMPACT OF

CHEATING
More than 50% of teens say at least some students in their school cheat on the
tests. Most cheaters don’t get caught, but cheating in the test is not good for the
future.

First, cheating is the same as lying and stealing. It is lying because they call it
their own and it is stealing because they take someone else’s work.

Second, cheating is unfair to others. When they cheat in the test to get better
grades , it is unfair to the students who actually studied and did the work.
The last argument is that cheating can become a habit. People who cheat
don’t usually do it one time. It becomes a habit that follows people throughout
college and into their careers.

Besides all the arguments I mentioned, cheating is embarrassing and kills

trust.

I think the way to reduce cheating is parents and the teachers should
emphasize the importance of integrity to their children and student
