 SVL provides heating ventilation and air conditioning units with dashboard mounted and roof
mounted applications. We have the capacity to supply 0.5 million HVAC units per year. Sanden Vikas
HVAC units are suitable for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, SUV, MUV, LCV and heavy duty
truck applications. We also supply Blowers for Commercial Vehicles.
 SANDEN VIKAS has full backward integration with manufacturing of heater core and a wide spectrum
of cooling units such as PAF, TAF and Serpentine technology.

 IHX Passanger Vehicle
An Internal Heat exchanger or IHX is used to transfer heat between low
side pressure and high pressure flow circuits. Its function is to improve
system performance by further sub-cooling the refrigerant being supplied
to the evaporator through the refrigerant control device. Sanden Vikas
excels in the production of this engine cooling device
 HOSE & PIPE
 Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle
 Hose and pipe assemblies are used in air-conditioning systems for interconnecting the
compressor, condenser, receiver drier and cooling unit as a close circuit. With the
capacity to deliver 8.5 million units annum, SVL is India’s biggest manufacturer and
large scale producer of Hose & Pipes for passenger and commercial vehicles in the
Suction, Discharge and Liquid categories.  The top notch quality of SVL Hose & Pipes
draws upon distinguishing features such as the use of special grade of raw material for
hoses and aluminium pipes. Besides, all joints contain shaft seals, AL pipes and pads
with in house manufacturing and backward integration facility.
 Special nylon internal coating for hoses to manage refrigerant gases with special
characteristics
 All the hoses are connected by aluminium pipes through end fittings
 Special features include low refrigerant permeability, high bursting pressure and long
product life
