Legislative Branch: The Legislative Branch is responsible for
making laws. It is composed of the
Senate and the House of Representatives,
collectively known as the Congress of the
Philippines. The Senate is composed of
24 senators, while the House of
Representatives has 304 members. Both
houses of Congress have the power to
propose, pass, and enact laws.

Legislative Branch: The Judicial Branch is responsible for interpreting
and enforcing the law. It is composed of the
Supreme Court, lower courts, and special courts
created by law. The Supreme Court is the highest
court in the Philippines and has the power of
judicial review, which allows it to declare laws or
executive actions unconstitutional. The lower
courts include regional trial courts, metropolitan
trial courts, and municipal trial courts. The special
courts include the Sandiganbayan, which is
responsible for trying cases involving government
officials accused of corruption, and the Court of
Tax Appeals, which is responsible for deciding
cases involving tax-related disputes.
