Business to consumer(B2C) refers to business communicating with
or selling to an individual rather than a company.
In this model, online business sell to individual customers.

Business to customer covers those E-Commerce websites and


transactions through which organisation sell goods to customer
over the internet. B2C is also known as Internet Retailing or E-
trailing.

business and an individual consumer. Transactions at the
wholesale level are usually business-to-business while those at
the retail level are most often business-to-consumer (B2C).

without the platform, which is provided by the
online market such as eBay.

internet.
• Selling of knowledge and experts online.

without having central web server.
