smartphone with them, so it is necessary to have at
least one the personal safety apps installed. Such a
security app for ladies will definitely facilitate in a
way or the opposite.
2. User-friendly application that can be accessed by
anyone who has installed it in their smart phones.

INTRODUCTION
1. In Today’s situation, the safety and security for women is in danger particularly in
India. The level of harassment, eve teasing and many dangers activities have been
increasing day by day in many countries. Even after taking certain actions, the
Government is not able to provide any security for women.
2. Hence, one of the ways to solve this is through self Defence , where women can
protect herself by using a technology- based applications. The most primary part of
these applications is GPS tracking, sending SMS, safe locations.
3. Android app can sink the information in real time, in order that the assistance is often
provided. Several researches are going on this and have designed wristbands, smart
watch, etc. Titan Company has designed a primary smart await women's safety called
“ACT – App-Enabled latitude and longitude Tracker” which has been used by the user
and triggers and alerts when that recipient who has worn the watch is in danger.

1.It can be concluded that our ‘LADYBUDDY’ App provides a safe and secure environment to the women in the
society, and allows them to work till late nights. Anyone before doing any crime against the women will be
deterred and it help reducing the crime rate against the women. This application will act like a weapon for
women that will ensure the safety and security which works on the Smartphone with the android operating
system.
2.With further research and innovation, our project can be implemented on mobiles and women can use one
of our feature as a emergency siren ,and can contact their well-wishers in difficult situations. They can be
aware of latest news which are important for them. Also our website will focus on women empowerment and
creating a community for safe environments for women.
