Value Addition in Power Management

VALUE ADDITION
1. Open Access Payments:
PTC makes payments to the invoices received from Power grid /RLDC’s on
time and later reimburse from clients.
2. Power Exchange Clients:
PTC gives a credit for the clients (for purchase of energy) who have opted for
credit option. Clients can bid through PTC software portal.
3. LC/Payment:
We are providing LC/payments security to clients on time
4. Advance payment:
On request from generators, PTC makes advance payments before the payment
due date for managing their resources.
5. Portfolio Management:
We are managing the sale/purchase portfolio of states for better resources
utilization & optimization.
6.Billing:
Separate billing is done for energy, open access, surcharge, compensation for
better reconciliation.
VALUE ADDITION

7.Reconciliation:
PTC is doing periodic reconciliation with the parties and propose to do on
quarterly basis.
8. Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO):
PTC is facilitating different utilities to meet their RPO. PTC can help state in
meeting their non-solar power purchase obligation from wind power generation owned
by PTC subsidiary.
9. Round the clock control room:
PTC has state of the art control room operating 24X7 to facilitate the power
requirement of different state utilities/ retail customers.
10. Customer Relationship Management:
Customer relationship management (CRM) is an approach to managing a
company’s interaction with current and future customers.
