Saipem Classification - General Use

WiTS Orientation

WiTS (Welding integrated Tracking System) is the application used in order to monitor the welding production, non-
destructive test and welders’ performances.
It is also possible to extract reports for Quality Department and for monitoring progress. It receives piping information
(isometric list, services, piping classes, components) from GEMAPI, list of heat numbers by mark from MAGA (or
MARIAN) and welding maps from SPOOLGEN.
WiTS also issues Weld summaries for Hydrotest, for Release of Shop Fabricated piping spools for Painting and for Erection.
