PART ONE Principle
There are three pairs of needles in Washer and each pair including two needles, short one for injection , long
one for suction. Meanwhile, white wire is connected with injection needle while black wire is connected with
suction needle, these two needles are apart in original status and it would be in short circuit when two needle
are connected by liquid. Once connected, it would alarm “Washer peristaltic pump soak abnormally”

Possible reasons:
White wire connected with True Message.

1.Peristaltic pump cannot aspirate
while running.

Step 1:
A. Observe the peristaltic pump
carefully to check it is vibrating or
not. If not, check the mechanical part
of the pump.
B. If the peristaltic pump can actually
vibrate but still cannot aspire the
liquid outside, tighten or loosen the
pump tubes by adjusting the
pressure lever. Especially the part
rubber tube rub with peristaltic
pump rod. Replace the tubes if they
have been abraded.

Step 2.Observe each tube and check whether there is any liquid flowing from channel to peristaltic pump when
priming, and then check whether there still remains liquid inside the washer channel or not.
Solution:
If so and after adjustment of peristaltic pump tubes and it still does not work, possibly there is blockage in the
suction needle or tube connected with waste pump: A. unfold the tubes if folded. B. Log in User software and
run Wash Pipe with tube cleaning solutions or clean the dirty part manually with a syringe and 0.5% bleach
solution. C. Disassemble the needles and remove the clot inside the needles.

3. Damage or wrong

4.False alarm

Solution :
A. After you follow the procedures
to maintain washer but still
showed error ”Washer peristaltic
pump soak abnormally”, and
there exist no liquid inside the
channel after priming. Check
whether there remains liquid
drop hanging between injection
needle and suction needle. Liquid remain
between needles Wrong connetion
If so: (1)make sure system liquid is
sufficient;
(2)clean the surface of needles
with 75% alcohol;
(3)prime 5 times;
(4)contact with Snibe engineer if
it still not fixed after maintenance.
