warehousing, and managing inventory.

The raw materials for Munch include Sugar, Refined Wheat

Flour, Hydrogenated vegetable fats, Milk solids, Fractionated
vegetable fats, Cocoa solid, emulsifier, leveraging agent, yeast,

Operations

Operations include procedures for converting raw materials into a finished product.

Nestle’s wafers are generally made in food factories. The raw materials, mainly the refined wheat flour goes through many phases in the machine.

Incorporation of gas phase - Baked the dough with a particular gas to give necessary structure.

Consolidating the solid phase- This process controls the development of gas cells

Heat transfer - For cooling down the final product.

Outbound Logistics

Outbound logistics include activities to distribute a final

product to a consumer through different intermediaries.

Nestle transport tonnes of products from different warehouses

with third-party logistics providers.Third-parties improve the
efficiency of network by reducing mileage, fuel consumption,
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, noise and congestion.

and target appropriate customers—such as advertising,

happier and healthier lives. The idea is to bring innovative and
affordable products to meet the needs of modern consumers
