Answer IM3 9 일차

Currently I carry three different ID cards around with me in my wallet.

They are about the same size as a bank card so they are easy to keep in
my wallet. The only difference really is that they have my picture on them
and each has a specific purpose. The main identification card I have is my
national identity card. Everybody gets this when they are 18 and it
contains our Residents Registration Number which I need if I want to do
anything official such as open a bank account. The other two
identification cards I carry are my university card which I need to get into
the library at university and my driver’s license which I need whenever I
want to drive somewhere.

Answer IM3 10 일차

There are a few key steps that go into making a successful appointment. I
always try to call right after lunchtime, when people are most relaxed
during the work day. When I call, I always try to speak in a very nice
tone, in the hope of having the other person on the line feel more
comfortable, and therefore, more willing to help me out. I am always
courteous, and try to explain my situation to the other person. I am also
willing to negotiate on the time and date of my appointment. After I
settle the time and date, I always have the other person repeat back to
me the relevant information. Finally, I think it is important to confirm your
appointment the day before, or even the day of your appointment.
